1. One-Time License Fee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all one-time license purchases. If you are not satisfied with Logwo within 14 days of your purchase, contact us at hello@logwo.com and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
After 14 days, license fees are non-refundable. This is because a perpetual software license has been granted and we cannot revoke the access you have already had.
2. Cloud Hosting Fees
Cloud hosting fees are billed monthly based on actual usage. Because these fees represent real costs we have incurred from our infrastructure providers, they are non-refundable once billed.
If you believe there is an error in your cloud billing, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate and correct any mistakes.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 14-day window:
- Email hello@logwo.com with the subject "Refund Request"
- Include your account email and order reference
- Briefly describe your reason (optional — helps us improve)
We will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
4. Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline a refund if:
- The request is made after the 14-day window
- The account has violated our Terms of Service
- There is evidence of fraudulent activity
