Less data entry.
Better decisions.
Logwo AI handles the repetitive work so you can focus on the decisions that matter. PDF to RFQ in seconds. Quote outlier alerts with explanations. Smart vendor matching by lane. Document classification on upload.
PDF → RFQ in Seconds
Upload a cargo document. Walk away with a pre-filled RFQ.
Upload any cargo PDF — commercial invoice, packing list, purchase order, or even a scanned Bill of Lading — and Logwo AI extracts the freight-relevant fields automatically: origin and destination, cargo description, HS codes, weight, dimensions, package count, and Incoterms. The RFQ form opens pre-filled. Review, adjust if needed, and send. What used to take 15 minutes of data entry takes 30 seconds.
Manually re-type cargo details from a 4-page packing list
Upload PDF → review pre-filled RFQ → send in under a minute
Quote Intelligence
Know immediately which quotes are worth reading.
The moment vendor quotes arrive, Logwo AI analyses the spread. Quotes that deviate significantly — either unusually high or suspiciously low — are flagged with an outlier indicator and a plain-English explanation: "This quote is 34% above the median. Possible cause: higher declared transit insurance, different routing via Rotterdam." You see the outliers, understand why, and decide faster.
Manually calculate average quote price and spot outliers in a table
Outlier flags appear automatically with explanations the moment quotes land
Smart Vendor Matching
The right forwarder for each lane — recommended automatically.
Logwo learns from your history. For each new RFQ, it scores your vendor directory based on: response rate on similar lanes, win rate (quotes you accepted), on-time delivery record, and cargo type specialisation. The top 3 recommended vendors are surfaced at the top of the vendor selection list — you still choose, but the ranking removes the guesswork on who to invite.

Email Quote Parser
Vendors who reply by email? Handled automatically.
Some freight forwarders prefer to reply to your RFQ invitation by email rather than using the quote form. The Logwo email quote parser monitors the RFQ reply-to mailbox, reads the vendor's email, and extracts price, transit time, validity and terms into a structured quote entry in your comparison dashboard. The vendor's reply appears alongside all other structured quotes — no manual data re-entry on your side.
Copy vendor email prices into your comparison spreadsheet manually
Email replies auto-converted into structured quote rows in your dashboard
Document Auto-Classification
Every uploaded document is tagged — without you touching it.
When you upload documents to the Logwo Document Center, AI reads the content and assigns the correct document type: Bill of Lading, Air Waybill, Certificate of Origin, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, MSDS, Dangerous Goods Declaration, or the catch-all "Other". The classification appears as a badge on each document. Filter by type, share the right set to customs agents, and never manually tag a document again.
Manually select document type from dropdown for every upload

Freight Spend Anomaly Detection
AI spots the patterns your reports miss.
Your monthly spend report shows totals. Logwo AI goes deeper — comparing your freight spend to your own 90-day baseline and flagging lanes where cost has drifted upward without a corresponding change in cargo volume or mode. A brief alert in your analytics dashboard explains what changed and which vendor or route is driving the increase. Proactive cost control without building a custom analytics model.

How Logwo AI
actually works.
When you upload a PDF, Logwo extracts text using OCR (for scanned documents) or direct text parsing (for digital PDFs). A language model then identifies and maps freight-relevant fields — origin, destination, cargo type, weight, dimensions, package count, HS codes — into the RFQ form. You review the pre-filled form before sending. No data leaves your session without your explicit send action.
No. Your freight data — RFQs, vendor quotes, cargo details, documents — is never used to train or fine-tune AI models, whether Logwo's own or any third-party provider's. Your data is yours. It is processed to generate a response (such as filling your RFQ or flagging a quote), then the context is discarded.
Logwo uses a combination of models depending on the task. Document parsing uses dedicated OCR and extraction pipelines. Quote intelligence and vendor matching use statistical models trained on anonymised freight data. Spend anomaly detection uses time-series analysis. Logwo does not publicly disclose specific third-party model versions as these may change as better options become available.
The pre-filled RFQ is always editable before you send it. You review every extracted field — if something is incorrect, you change it. Logwo AI is designed to save you typing time, not to remove you from the loop. You are always the final check before any RFQ is sent to vendors.
PDF→RFQ, quote intelligence, smart vendor matching, email quote parser, and document auto-classification are included in the Business plan and above. Freight spend anomaly detection is an Enterprise feature. The Free and Starter plans do not include AI features.
