It covers document storage, database, compute and email delivery for your account. Most SME shippers pay $5–20/month depending on usage volume. You can request a cost breakdown any time.
Absolutely. The Free plan never expires and does not require a credit card. When you outgrow 3 RFQs/month or 2 vendors, you can purchase a Starter, Business, or Enterprise license from inside your dashboard. Your data carries over seamlessly.
Yes — 30 days, no questions asked. If Logwo does not work for your team within the first 30 days of a paid license purchase, email us for a full refund. The Free plan is free, so no refund applies there.
No. Vendors receive an email invitation with a secure link to submit quotes — no account required on their side. Logwo is a shipper-side platform. Your vendors never log in, never pay, and never see each other's quotes.
Yes. Every paid license includes the right to self-host on your own infrastructure (VPS, cloud VM, on-premise). You get a Docker Compose bundle and setup documentation. Self-hosting means zero ongoing cloud cost from Logwo — you just pay your own hosting provider directly.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and most major debit cards via Stripe. Bank transfer (SWIFT/IBAN) is available for Enterprise orders. All amounts are in USD; your card provider handles currency conversion.
