1) Service description
Logwo is a private, multi-tenant SaaS platform that helps buyers create RFQs, invite their registered vendors, collect bids in a structured format, compare them, and award. Logwo is not a public freight marketplace.
2) Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and authorized to bind your organization.
- You’re responsible for the accuracy of registration data, safeguarding credentials, and all activity under your account.
3) Your content & responsibilities
- You retain rights to documents and data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service.
- You are responsible for the legality of RFQs, uploads, and vendor communications. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or confidential data you’re not permitted to share.
- You will not misuse the service (e.g., attempt to access other tenants, probe security, or reverse engineer).
4) Vendor interactions
Vendors you invite are your vendors. We are not a party to any freight, procurement, or commercial contract between you and vendors. We don’t guarantee pricing, availability, service levels, or outcomes.
5) Plans, trials, & billing
- Some features may be offered on paid subscriptions. Fees, durations, and limits will be shown at checkout or in an order form.
- Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled per the plan terms. You can cancel at the end of a term; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.
- Taxes (e.g., VAT) may apply based on your billing country.
6) Privacy & data processing
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data. For enterprise tenants, a separate Data Processing Addendum (DPA) may apply. We use reputable subprocessors (e.g., cloud hosting, email) listed in our Security/Privacy materials.
7) Security
We implement technical and organizational measures appropriate for a multi-tenant system (e.g., role-based access, encryption in transit/at rest, audit trails). No system is completely secure; you are responsible for configuring roles, vendor access, and retention settings within your tenant.
8) Availability & support
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.
9) Intellectual property
Logwo’s software, brand, and documentation are our IP. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law.
10) Warranties & disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11) Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY WILL BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IN ANY 12-MONTH PERIOD WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO LOGWO FOR THE SERVICE IN THAT PERIOD.
12) Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Logwo from claims arising from your misuse of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13) Termination
- You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, or risk to the platform or other tenants.
- Upon termination, your access ends. We may retain limited logs as required for security, legal, or compliance purposes.
14) Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Courts of Dubai (non-exclusive jurisdiction) shall have authority over disputes, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Nothing limits either party’s right to injunctive relief.
15) Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and, where appropriate, notified via email or in-app.
