1) Who we are & scope
Logwo provides a multi-tenant SaaS used by buying organizations to run RFQs with their registered vendors. This Policy applies to visitors, customers, and vendor users invited by a tenant.
2) Data we collect
Information you provide
- Account details (name, email, company, role, password or SSO identifiers)
- RFQ content and uploads (documents, packing lists, images, notes)
- Communications (support requests, feedback)
Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data (browser, pages, actions, timestamps, IP/approximate location)
- Cookies or similar technologies for session management, preferences, and analytics
Information from others
- Vendors or teammates may provide your contact details to invite you
- Service providers may supply aggregated or analytics information
3) How we use data
- Provide, operate, and secure the platform (authentication, authorization, audit logging)
- Process RFQs and vendor bids for your tenant
- Improve features and user experience (troubleshooting, analytics)
- Communicate with you about service updates, security, and support
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce terms
4) Legal bases
Depending on your location, we rely on one or more lawful bases: performance of a contract (providing the service), legitimate interests (security, product improvement), consent (where required), and legal obligations.
5) Sharing & subprocessors
We share data with vendors who process it on our behalf (“subprocessors”), e.g. cloud hosting and email delivery, strictly for service provision and under confidentiality/security obligations.

- Error monitoring/analytics (if enabled)
We do not sell personal data.
6) International transfers
Primary hosting is in the UAE region. If data is transferred cross-border (e.g., for email delivery), we use appropriate safeguards and contracts.
7) Security
We apply industry-standard measures for a multi-tenant system (encryption in transit/at rest, access controls, audit trails). No method is 100% secure; please use strong passwords/SSO and configure roles wisely.
8) Retention
We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate purposes (security, legal). Tenants may configure retention of RFQs, bids, and logs per their policy. We may retain limited logs after account closure where required by law.
9) Your choices & rights
- Access, correct, or delete your account data (often via your tenant admin)
- Object to or restrict certain processing where permitted by law
- Portability of data you provided, where applicable
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

10) Cookies
We use necessary cookies for login and session integrity, and may use optional analytics cookies. You can control cookies in your browser; blocking required cookies may limit functionality.
11) Children
Logwo is for business use and not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
12) Third-party links
Our site may link to external websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
13) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect product, legal, or regulatory changes. We will post updates here with a new effective date and, if material, notify customers by email or in-app.
